- Free Shipping: Enjoy free shipping on all orders over $100 within Mashpee, MA. No promo codes needed!
- Same-Day Delivery: Orders placed within Mashpee, MA, will be delivered on the same day. Because we want you to get your gear quickly!
- In-State Delivery: Orders within the state will be delivered within 24 to 48 hours. We’re fast, but not instant (yet)!
- US Orders: We ship all US orders within 2 to 5 working days. Our courier partner, Shipbob, helps us get your gear to you quickly.
- No Sunday Processing: Our team takes a well-deserved break on Sundays, so orders won’t be processed on Sundays. We’ll get back to work on Monday!

Return Policy
At VIPROW Sports, we’re committed to ensuring you’re completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not, we’re happy to help with returns and exchanges.
Return Window
- We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Please contact us within this timeframe to initiate the return process.
Refund Process
- Once you’ve initiated a return, our courier partner will contact you to arrange a pickup of the item.
- Please ensure the original invoice/bill (attached to your order delivery) is included with the returned item. This helps us verify the product and process your refund.
- We’ll credit the refund back to your original payment method.
- Refunds will be processed within [7 to 10 days] of receiving the returned item.
Exchange Policy
- If you receive a broken or damaged product, we’ll happily exchange it for a new one. Please contact us within the 30-day return window.
- If the product is broken due to customer error, we cannot provide an exchange or refund.
